Privacy Policy

Bomasova (“Bomasova”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates bomasova.com, including its online store and supplier product portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it is shared, and the choices available to you. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to bomasova1@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Customer and order information: name, contact details, delivery details, order contents, payment status, and communications needed to operate our WooCommerce store. Payment providers may process payment details under their own privacy policies.
  • Supplier account information: supplier name, phone number, shop name or number, selected product categories, account status, and a securely hashed password.
  • Product submissions: product names, descriptions, prices or supplier costs, quantities, categories, brands, images, optional videos, and submission history.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, login activity, security events, and diagnostic logs.

YouTube API Services

Bomasova uses YouTube API Services to upload administrator-approved product videos to the Bomasova YouTube channel and to check whether those videos remain available. By using features that interact with YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The integration may process and store the connected channel ID and title; an encrypted OAuth refresh token; administrator-approved video files, titles, descriptions, visibility settings, and audience selections; YouTube video IDs; upload and processing status; error messages; and the date of the latest status check. Suppliers do not connect their own Google accounts. A supplier video is first submitted to Bomasova and is sent to YouTube only after a Bomasova administrator expressly approves that separate upload.

We use this information only to authenticate the connected Bomasova channel, perform approved uploads, display eligible Public or Unlisted product videos, diagnose upload problems, and periodically verify that displayed videos remain available. We share this information with Google/YouTube only as needed to provide those functions. We do not sell YouTube API data.

YouTube data retention, refresh, and revocation

Protected source video files are kept only while awaiting review, upload, or processing, subject to the retention period configured by Bomasova (no more than 30 days), and are removed after YouTube finalizes the requested visibility. YouTube channel and video status data is refreshed at least every 30 days while the connection remains active. If a video is deleted, becomes unavailable, or becomes Private when it was displayed publicly, the plugin removes it from the product display without deleting the video from YouTube.

Disconnecting YouTube attempts to revoke the Google authorization, removes locally stored YouTube authorization data, and detaches affected videos from product pages. It does not delete videos from YouTube. The Google account owner can also revoke access at any time from Google Account third-party connections. You may request deletion of data associated with your supplier account or submission by emailing bomasova1@gmail.com; we will honor valid requests subject to legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, and order-record obligations.

How we use and share other information

We use information to operate the store and supplier portal, create and fulfill orders, publish approved products, calculate selling prices, communicate with users, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We may share necessary information with hosting, delivery, payment, security, analytics, communications, and professional-service providers, and with authorities when legally required. Providers may use information only as permitted by their contracts and applicable law.

Cookies and security

We use essential cookies for sign-in, cart, checkout, preferences, and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if enabled, are governed by the choices presented on the site. We use access controls, encryption for stored integration secrets, protected file storage, rate limits, and activity logs; however, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Bomasova store and supplier portal are not directed to children. Product-video audience settings are provided so an administrator can correctly identify whether a particular YouTube video is made for kids before upload.

Your choices and policy changes

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us at bomasova1@gmail.com.
