Return & Refund Policy

At Vitacosma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

  • The product must not show any signs of opening, use, or damage caused after delivery

Due to hygiene and product authenticity standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. (leparfum.ae)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or customer support.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Returned items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected (Bigbrands)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift items or samples included with the order
