Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to bomasova.com, the Bomasova online store, and the Bomasova supplier product portal. By using these services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Store use and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or use the services unlawfully.

Products, pricing, and orders

We try to present accurate product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing, but may correct errors or update information. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted, including for suspected fraud, availability problems, or pricing errors. Delivery estimates are estimates. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

Supplier portal

Supplier access is limited to authorized suppliers and Bomasova administrators. Suppliers must provide accurate product, price, stock, category, brand, image, and video information and must update Bomasova if submitted information becomes inaccurate. Bomasova may approve, reject, request changes to, suspend, unpublish, or remove a product submission. An Active supplier’s product may publish automatically; Pending suppliers’ products require administrator review. Product publication and YouTube video publication are separate decisions.

By submitting product text, images, or video, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Bomasova to review, edit for technical compatibility, reproduce, display, market, and publish that material in connection with the submitted product and Bomasova’s sales channels. You retain ownership of your material. You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contains unlawful material, or misrepresents the product.

YouTube API Services

Bomasova may use YouTube API Services to upload a submitted product video to the connected Bomasova YouTube channel only after a Bomasova administrator separately approves that upload. The administrator chooses the video title, description, Public/Unlisted/Private visibility, and whether the video is made for kids. Public or Unlisted videos may be shown on Bomasova product pages; Private videos are not shown to customers.

Use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines, and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not upload material that violates another person’s copyright or privacy rights. Bomasova may refuse, detach, or remove a video from the site. Detaching a video from a product does not automatically delete it from YouTube.

Intellectual property

The Bomasova site, branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights necessary to use the services, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Service availability and enforcement

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts to protect customers, suppliers, Bomasova, or third parties. We may preserve records or cooperate with authorities where required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but these Terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bomasova is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.
